Arbetslöshetskassornas samorganisation, SO

The assignment for SO (the Swedish Federation of Unemployment Insurance Funds) is serving the interests of, and providing services to, Sweden's 32 unemployment insurance funds. The assignment is statutory regulated and promotes application of the rules of unemployment insurance in a uniform way. One part of SO’s task is to develop administrative routine, involving new computer systems. All of Swedens 32 unemployment insurance funds use Aptic’s software for recovery of incorrectly received insurance payments.
