Aptic AB belongs to the Stenhaga Invest AB group. Stenhaga invests in companies with considerable development potential, and has concentrated ownership on non-listed companies within property, industry, program development of business systems, IT, consulting, and wind power. This group of companies has a low level of borrowing and strong cash flow. Several of Aptic AB’s key personnel are also shareholders in the company, playing a central role in its development.

With many years’ experience from the banking and finance industries, Christer Villard, our chairman, constitutes a considerable asset for the company. Christer has served as CEO of Kaupthing Bank, Aragon Fondkommission AB, Hägglöf & Ponsbach AB, and also as vice CEO of Götabanken. Today, Christer has various directorship commitments and accepts other assignments in an advisory capacity. He is chairman of Lennart Wallenstam Byggnads AB and Segulah III, and director for Sverige AB and Kaupthing ASA.
